ATTENTION TURNBERRY

HOMEOWNERS

The Turnberry Home Owner's Association is currently in the process of registering all resident vehicles "Neighborhoods Vehicle Registration" in order for our security personnel to quickly identify any individuals who may NOT belong in our neighborhood.  At your earliest convenience, please go to May Management (next to the WGV Publix) to register your vehicle(s).  You will receive a "NEIGHBORHOODS" windshield sticker for your vehicle(s) that has a corresponding registration number. Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.

TURNBERRY POOL USE:

RESIDENTS HELP
NEEDED.

Recently, we have had a number of unauthorized individuals using our pool and they have been making it difficult for residents to enjoy this valuable community amenity. Our security officers (USSA) are instructed to ask non-residents to leave.  You are welcome, however, to have house guests staying with you use the pool in your absence, but you will need to make sure they know they are expected to follow all posted pool  rules and you will need to call USSA at 982-4593 so that they can give you a pool pass for your guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please help conserve our drinking water supply, lakes and ponds

The St. Johns River Water Management District has issued the following irrigation rules whether you use county water or
have your own well:

  • Houses ending in an even number may water on Sundays and Thursdays
  • Houses ending in an odd number may water on Saturdays and Wednesdays
  • No watering is permitted between the hours of 10 AM and 4 PM
  • New plantings may be hose-watered more frequently until they are established (should be less than a month)
  • These rules will change when we go on daylight saving time

 Thank you for helping
